Breaking News. Not only will there be live dinners being hosted at restaurants in San Francisco and Sacramento (as listed on the invitation, attached), but P4 Healthcare and Millennium have added restaurant venues in Walnut Creek and San Jose, as well. Dinners will start at 5:30pm PT, with the program beginning at 6:30pm PT.
If you are unable to attend the actual dinners, due to locations or schedule conflicts, you can still attend via the Web. You may join either the “East” program, which starts at 4:30pm PT, or the later “West” program, which begins at 6:30pm PT.
