NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates™ based on the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™ and the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium™

Newly released NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates™:

• Colon Cancer

• Hepatobiliary Cancers

NCCN is developing a library of chemotherapy order templates to improve the safe use of drugs and biologics in cancer care. The information contained in the Templates is based on the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™ and the NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium™. The Templates include chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, supportive care agents, monitoring parameters, and safety instructions. Special instructions for self-administered chemotherapeutic agents are provided.

The following Templates are now available: Bladder Cancer, Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia, Colon Cancer, Hepatobiliary Cancers, Kidney Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Small Cell Lung Cancer and Testicular Cancer.

Coming Soon: Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Bone Cancer, Central Nervous System Cancers, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Esophageal Cancer, Gastric Cancer, Head and Neck Cancers, Hodgkin Disease/Lymphoma, Melanoma, Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Neuroendocrine Tumors, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Occult Primary, Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma, Rectal Cancer, Soft Tissue Sarcoma, Thyroid Carcinoma, and Uterine Neoplasms.
