Submit Your CMS 588 Form Early

Upon receipt of your CMS 588 form, our process validates your information
to that supplied by your outgoing Medicare contractor. Should any fields be
completed incorrectly or the submitted information differ from that of your
outgoing contractor, your CMS 588 form will be returned for corrections.
Due to the volume of CMS 588 forms we are receiving, submitting your form
early will ensure that your information is validated quickly. Should you
require any corrections that we have identified during our validation
process, this will also allow you time to make those corrections and return
to us by the deadline. This will ensure that you have no disruption to your
payments after conversion to Palmetto GBA.
