J1 Early Boarding Now Open for Noridian Customers

Early Boarding is now open for those Part B customers from Hawaii, Nevada,
American Samoa, Guam and the Marianna Islands who are currently served by
Noridian. Palmetto GBA strongly encourages these submitters to begin
migrating to GPNet as soon as possible.
