We have received feedback from providers in the state of Hawaii, the
territories of American Samoa and Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands that
there is concern regarding the hours of operation for the EDI Technology
Support Center. We are currently evaluating the hours of operation but also
wanted to ensure you were aware of the resources available to help resolve EDI
inquiries.
Please consult the EDI section of the J1 Web site, www.palmettogba.com/J1
information that will almost always answer your EDI questions. If your
question is not answered by a Web site visit, you may contact our Technology
Support Center (TSC) toll-free at 866-749-4301 for a quick response to your
EDI questions. The TSC hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. In addition, the
EDI email box, medicare.edi@PlamettoGBA.com
need to speak with a representative and the timeframe of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. PST is not convenient, you may note a time that is good for you in an
email inquiry. We will do our best to meet your needs and call during a time
that works for your schedule.
